Our web-site is not set-up with a shopping cart. If you have questions about a product, give me a call. You can order items from our web site by phone or e-mail or you may mail your order with payment to us by printing an order form

 

If you want to pick up items at our location, please call or email first to check on the product availability.  Drop-shipped products such as batteries and range feeders are not available for pickup.

 

We do not sell wholesale.  The prices on our web site are the current  prices, & they are the prices we mark our products when we sell  at a show or swap.

 

 

We do not ship to foreign countries.

 

Orders must be paid for in advance with a money order, personal check, or credit card. We accept Discover, American Express, Visa & Master-Card. We are not set up to accept PayPal. In order to process credit card orders include the card #,  expiration date, and the 3 or 4 digit security code number.  Double check the numbers and expiration date on your credit card when placing a order. 

 

I will tell you when you order if  a drop-shipped product is back ordered. If you decide to place the order and charge it to your credit card and decide at a later date to cancel the order,  there will be a $10.00 service fee if I have processed your order and placed it with the manufacturers.

 

The listed price does not include shipping charges. We ship Priority Mail and UPS. Many small orders will be shipped insured first class mail. We also use lots of postal flat rate boxes to keep shipping reasonable.

 

 

I use Stamps.com and UPS online shipping to determine shipping charges.

 

To obtain an estimated shipping charges, call or e-mail us with your complete address and the items  you wish to order. If you use spam control measures, please make sure my email address is on your approved sender’s list so my reply to your email is not blocked.

 

Packages shipped UPS are shipped by the dimensional weight rather than the actual weight. In addition to the shipping charge, UPS shipments are subject to a residential surcharge, and depending on your zip delivery area surcharge. Shipping to a business address is a little cheaper than shipping to a residential address.

 

 

An item marked “drop shipped” or “shipped directly” is not shipped from Kansas. 

 

 

Sales tax for Kansas residents is figured at the tax rate of the place the merchandise is delivered.  If you live in KS & don’t know the tax rate for the city/county in which you live, give us a call.

 

Open all boxes when delivered and check the merchandise against the invoice or packing slip. Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days after the arrival of the order.  All returns  must first be authorized and returned within 10 days of delivery for a credit to be issued.   All returns must be in the original box and must not have been used. There is a 10 % restocking  charge on items shipped from us.   There is a 20 % restocking  charge on drop-shipped items.   No returns on books,  vaccines, or antigen. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made the error.  Refunds will be made once we have received the return.

 

If there are damages, send me an email explaining what the damages are and I will file a claim with the manufacturer or the transportation carrier.  It helps if you take pictures of the damaged items and attach them to the email. 

 

Every effort has been made to make accurate descriptions of the merchandise offered for sale on our web site. We cannot be responsible errors in descriptions or pricing because manufactures often make changes and have price increases that we are unaware of. We cannot be responsible for the misuse of medications, vaccines, etc. or for installing netting or assembling a product incorrectly.
